The retouching samples shown here are what I do on a regular basis. As you can see, my specialty is dealing with skin and hair. I do not use blur of any kind to smooth the skin in order to introduce artificial textures into the image to create a faux appearance. Every single piece of my retouching work has gone through a meticulous process of smoothing and evening of the skin while maintaining textures and pores that are already within the subject.
